Cacao is growing in popularity in the US and other parts of the world.
Yulie’s dream is to open a Cafe in St. Petersburg and introduce the unique taste and benefits of cacao to this region.
In addition to serving authentic cacao drinks, Yulie will also offer coffee and baked goods.
When they enter the Cafe, customers will not only be treated to wonderful tastes and smells, but they will also learn about the historical importance cacao played in ancient South American cultures both for medicinal and ceremonial purposes.

Challenge

Yulie was born in Columbia moved to the US with her family while she was young. She currently works in the legal profession, but her passion is traveling, learning about different cultures and helping people live healthier lives. Yulie grew up drinking cacao that her grandmother made and it is these memories that have stuck with her. During one trip to Mexico, Yulie discovered a Cacao Cafe and since that time, it has been her dream to bring the taste of Cacao to the US. In order to achieve her dream, Yulie has asked CHARGE to help her develop a Business Plan that will include Operation, Marketing and Financial Plans as well as a summary presentation that she can pitch to potential investors. By completing this work, CHARGE hopes to make Yulie’s dream of owning a Cacao Cafe a reality.
